A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic Structural Heart team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare professionals enhance patient outcomes.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Product Knowledge:  Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Market Research:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations:  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the advantages of our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory (50%-70% of time traveling).
