Job description

ARABIAN MATE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote our manpower supply and contracting services. The ideal candidate will actively visit clients, present our service offerings, and build strong relationships. Fluency in spoken Chinese and English is essential, along with prior experience in a call center or recruitment agency.

  • Visit potential and existing clients to present manpower and contracting services.
  • Communicate service offerings clearly and persuasively in both English and Chinese.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored staffing or contracting solutions.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

📌 Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, call center, or recruitment agency roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese and English (mandatory).
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
