Job description

The Sales Executive in the freight forwarding industry ( ( air freight & sea freight & land transportation & Custom Clearance) ) is essential for driving sales and expanding the client base. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their logistics needs, and provide tailored freight solutions. The Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in freight forwarding.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in freight forwarding.
  7. Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
