We are seeking experienced and qualified Safety Officers to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture across project sites. The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, minimizing risks, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and company standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with NEBOSH standards and local safety regulations.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs for workers.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors on safety matters.
Support emergency response planning and evacuation drills.
Diploma in Engineering / Safety / Related Discipline.
Valid NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
Additional safety certifications will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer in industrial, construction, or project environments.
Proven experience in handling site safety operations and compliance audits.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
Good leadership and training abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Salary: SAR 1,800 per month
SAR 1,500 (Initial)
SAR 300 Increment after 3 months (Subject to Client Approval)
