Safety Inspector

Job Summary:

The Safety Inspector is responsible for supporting railway safety operations by conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with the Safety Management System. The role involves identifying hazards, monitoring operational safety, assisting in incident investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture across railway operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field inspections and safety audits on railway operations and active trains.
• Prepare inspection and audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety investigations.
• Review operational safety records and monitor compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist in developing safety campaigns and preparing safety training materials.
• Participate in staff safety training and regulatory documentation processes.
• Promote adherence to railway safety standards and operational regulations.
