QC Officer

The QC Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of chemical products within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, implementing testing protocols, and supervisory a team to maintain high standards of product integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure product compliance.
2. Supervise and mentor a team of chemists, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
3. Conduct regular audits of laboratory processes and practices to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
4. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
5. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
7. Manage laboratory inventory and ensure that all equipment is maintained and calibrated.
8. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
9. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
10. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes.
