Description
Define and roll out a group-wide procurement strategy, ensuring standardisation and best practices across operating companies.Assess current procurement processes across subsidiaries and identify key gaps, inefficiencies, and misalignments.Facilitate the introduction of new suppliers and vendor diversification in collaboration with OpCos.Establish tools, governance, and frameworks to influence how subsidiaries manage supplier relationships, procurement cycles, and cost optimisation.Lead value creation assessments and procurement due diligence in support of M&A activities.Identify operational synergies and recommend actionable improvements that align with the group's strategic priorities.Act as a strategic advisor, not an executor - guiding and supporting OpCos while enabling autonomy in delivery.
Profile
12-20 years of experience in procurement, ideally starting in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare, with a track record of moving into group-level or holding company roles.Strong background in operational procurement, supply chain transformation, and vendor governance.Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex, multi-entity environments and influence change without direct authority.Prior experience in the Saudi market is essential; candidates must understand local procurement dynamics and supply ecosystems.KSA Nationals strongly preferred, followed by fluent Arabic-speaking professionals with strong regional exposure.
