Printing Supervisor Paper Products Industry


Responsibility:

  • Plan and organize printing schedule based on priority.
  • Supervise machine set up and changeover.
  • Monitor machine efficiency and output.
  • Minimize downtime, set up and production delays.
  • Maintaining low waste of the machine during mass production.
  • Can operate and maintain printing machinery according to SOP.
  • Can repair minor problem of the machine.
  • Performs daily safety and compliance check on machine.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the machine and working area.
  • Perform regular quality checks on printed materials.
  • Identify and correct any defects or printing issues.
  • Monitor ink consumption and control leftover materials.
  • Prepare daily summary report, waste output and machine downtime.
  • Prepare monthly KPI report.



Skills

 

Qualification:

  • With 2–3 years experienced of operating printing machine Flexo , Offset, digital 8 Colours
  •  and printing supervisors position.
  • Can speak and write English.
  • Ability to work fast, multi-task.
  • Hard working and unable to work under pressure.
