Job description

  • Day-to-day operations: Carries out daily responsibilities in accordance with set procedures and standards.
  • Process Analysis Improvement:
  • Introduce continuous improvement and quality programs by evaluating existing processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Identify gaps and recommend solutions, sharing benchmark standards with departments and suggesting comprehensive improvement plans.
  • Create flow of value, evaluate current processes, and suggest lean principles without compromising output quality.
  • Change Leadership:
  • Lead change initiatives with humility, guiding departments towards perfection in achieving high-quality processes.
  • Develop and implement excellence project plans, guiding and supporting teams to achieve desired results.
  • Coordinate with Business Planning & Performance Management team to select excellence KPIs and establish measurement criteria.
  • Operational Excellence Implementation:
  • Ensure various operational excellence programs are executed as per plans, preparing and conducting training sessions for departments, teams, and employees.
  • Track, coordinate, and assess process improvement measures in association with various functions and departments.
  • Project Delivery & Reporting:
  • Deliver projects that offer measurable, statistically significant, and sustainable business performance improvements in alignment with company goals.
  • Present project progress to senior leaders and process owners using DMAIC methodology and tollgate reviews.
  • Compile and analyze data using statistical formulas and tools such as Minitab, Pareto, and more, producing reports that describe and interpret analytical findings.
  • Continuous Analysis & Improvement:
  • Identify development trends, targets, and scopes, suggesting corrective actions and improvement areas.
  • Recognize criteria for excellence, benchmark, and establish result parameters.
  • Support user organizations in pinpointing and addressing operational excellence opportunities and deficiencies.
  • Operational Cost Efficiency:
  • Drive the adoption of standardization tools and concepts for stability and improved business performance.
  • Coordinate and guide efforts to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and maximize throughput.


Skills

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Certifications in: Black Belt in Six Sigma, Master Black Belt.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Languages: Minimum English language required is KJO L6 – Advanced.
