Role Purpose: Responsible for supporting sales operations to avoid execution failures in daily operations. Tasked with supporting the territory in administrative activities and preparing reports
A. Accountabilities:
1. Preparing proforma invoices, final invoices, liaise with GR section for issuing export documents for Africa & Yemen customers
2. Responsible for customers' operations from receiving requirements, planning products, creating sales orders, and dispatch
3. Liaise with Finance team for the arrival of funds, orders release, and any issues related to statements of accounts
4. Share SOA with customers on a weekly and monthly basis and collection balance confirmation including solving any discrepancies in SOA, for Africa, Yemen and Bottlers. (to make sure that the customers can replay back on the emails)
5. Play role in IBP new process by loading the forecast in the system for Africa, Yemen & Bottlers
6. Follow up the shipment's reconciliation documents with Finance for Africa & Yemen
7. Maintain interactions with active clients
8. Searching for opportunities that enhance sales and benefit the clients
9. Identify new clients as well as opportunities for client growth
10. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
11. Validate client orders, coordinate shipping of products, validate freshness of products, and ensure that orders are delivered on time to avoid any expiration in our WHs
12. Prepare Monthly Report for Export Sales

B. Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of frontline experience in the FMCG / Beverage's industry.
2. Bachler degree education with good analytical capabilities
3. Required to be proficient in Arabic, English and French
4. Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate all office activities across the different departments
