Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Engineer - to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.


This critical role will be responsible for maintaining communication with the client’s site engineers on all project related issues, and reviewing and implementing mechanical contract drawings and building specifications.


We envisage success in this role to include:


  • Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
  • Monitoring mechanical services, procedures in all relevant international codes and standards
  • Providing technical input and experience to resolve mechanical related engineering issues on the Project
  • Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
  • Managing and directing the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
  • Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects.
  • Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
  • Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
