Supervise and monitor all mechanical construction activities including piping fabrication, installation, pipeline laying, hydro-testing, and pre-commissioning.
Ensure proper execution of piping and pipeline works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
Coordinate with contractors for daily construction activities and resolve site technical issues.
Witness and verify welding, NDT, hydrostatic testing, and flushing activities.
Monitor material receiving, storage, and installation compliance.
Conduct site inspections and surveillance on mechanical works.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and other disciplines for smooth construction progress.
Prepare daily/weekly mechanical construction reports and punch lists.
Ensure mechanical works are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas site construction projects.
Must have previous experience with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, or JO in piping or pipeline construction projects.
KSE Membership is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of piping materials, installation techniques, and pipeline construction.
Experience in supervision of fabrication shops and site erection works.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
