Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate various machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
2. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand project requirements, utilizing CAD software to aid in the design and modification of components.
3. Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise to minimize downtime and maintain productivity levels.
4. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize manufacturing processes, implementing improvements that enhance output and reduce waste.
5. Conduct quality control inspections of finished products, using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with established tolerances and specifications.
6. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including time logs and materials used, to support inventory management and project tracking.
