Direct relationships with decision-makers, operations managers, or sellers who generate shipment volume.
- Last-Mile Logistics Knowledge
Understanding of delivery operations (routing, COD, returns, SLAs, daily shipment flow).
- Contract Sourcing Ability
Proven ability to identify and secure delivery opportunities (overflow contracts, outsourced routes, or new clients).
- Industry Experience
Background with companies such as Aramex, DHL, or iMile is highly preferred.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
Ability to secure competitive per-shipment rates and favorable delivery terms.
- Volume Awareness
Can estimate and commit to realistic shipment volumes (daily/monthly).
- Relationship Management
Maintains ongoing communication with clients to ensure consistent delivery flow.
- Self-Driven / Performance-Oriented
Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with no fixed salary.
- Fast Execution Mindset
Ability to move from contact → agreement → live shipments within 30–60 days.
Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience in Saudi logistics market
- Existing relationships with e-commerce sellers or fulfillment centers
- Understanding of last-mile KPIs (delivery success rate, return rate, cost per drop)
