Key Responsibilities
• Install lighting systems as per approved shop drawings and specifications
• Execute wiring, cable pulling, termination, and connection of lighting fixtures
• Install and align lighting fixtures
• Install lighting control systems (dimmers, DMX, DALI, smart systems)
• Coordinate with other trades (MEP, AV, civil, ID) for proper installation
• Perform testing & commissioning (T&C) of lighting systems
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and rectify lighting issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper housekeeping on site
• Installation of show lighting systems (DMX addressing, programming support)
• Integration with AV systems and control panels
• Installation of emergency lighting and exit signs as per FLS requirements
• Experience with architectural and façade lighting systems
Qualifications
• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical or equivalent
Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in construction/MEP projects
• Experience in testing & commissioning is an advantage
