We are seeking a reliable, technically-minded Machine Operator to handle our Laser Engraving and UV Printing production. This is a production-focused role. You do not need to be a professional graphic designer, but you must be comfortable using a computer to prepare files for the machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Daily operation of Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, and UV Printers.
  • File Preparation: Use Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW to perform simple tasks (resizing logos, changing text, and centering designs).
  • Software Setup: Setting power, speed, and frequency in LightBurn or similar machine software.
  • Production Quality: Ensuring all items are engraved/printed correctly and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Maintenance: Performing basic daily cleaning and alignment of machine
