Academic & Professional Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • ITIL Best Practices Framework certification or equivalent

Professional Experience (Minimum):

  • 15 years of overall IT experience
  • At least 5 years in an IT Manager role
  • Certified ITIL Service Delivery Manager / Service Support Manager (or equivalent in IT Service Management discipline)
  • Other IT certifications will be an added advantage

Job Purpose:

  • Develop IT strategies aligned with business and corporate objectives
  • Optimize IT operations and expenditures to enhance business value
  • Ensure system/network availability, data accessibility, and security
