Job Summary


The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of human resources to support the achievement of the company's objectives and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Training and development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Compensation and benefits: Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR policies and procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and promote consistency and fairness.
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Employee engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, surveys, and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • HR metrics and reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights to enhance HR practices.
  • Leadership and team management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster professional growth and development.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success. Experience in diverse HR functions and industries is desirable.
