We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delivering Health, Safety, and Environment training programs, especially within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting HSE training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing trainees, and ensuring that all training activities meet professional safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HSE training programs to trainees and employees
  • Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assessments
  • Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions
  • Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure training delivery complies with safety standards and industry requirements
  • Maintain training records and attendance reports
  • Promote a strong safety culture among trainees
  • Support the development of HSE training plans and programs


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
  • Safety certificates such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or OTHM
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial field / Oil & Gas sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices
