  • Review, analyse, and prepare HSE data, dashboards, reports, and trend analysis for internal and client use.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and assurance activities across the portfolio.
  • Lead and oversee incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis and lessons learned.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to senior leadership, translating operational performance into strategic insight.
  • Line manage and mentor a team of HSE Managers, setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Build a high performing, collaborative HSE team capable of supporting a complex delivery environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Comfortable operating at both site level and executive level, with the credibility to influence at all tiers.
  • Demonstrable experience leading investigations, producing senior level reports, and managing performance data.
  • Experience managing and developing HSE teams.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) – essential.
