Job description

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Supervisor to oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE standards at our project site in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a strong safety culture across all site activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Ensure all workers follow safety standards and wear proper PPE.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with project management and subcontractors regarding safety matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi safety regulations and client requirements.


Skills

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE supervision within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a site-based environment.
