Job description
The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational success of franchise-owned restaurant branches. This role ensures that all franchisees maintain company standards, comply with brand guidelines, and deliver consistent customer experiences. The Franchise Manager also acts as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, providing training, operational support, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of franchise restaurants to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct regular visits to assess quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor sales and KPIs; assist underperforming locations with improvement plans.
- Provide training for new and existing franchisee teams.
- Support new store openings and ensure pre-opening readiness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations or franchise management.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant industry standards and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits and franchise support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
