Job description

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Investment Specialist

Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our investment

specialists across a diverse range of markets, including real estate, public

markets, and private markets both locally in Saudi Arabia and internationally. This

position offers a unique opportunity for exposure to a wide array of investment

opportunities while requiring a high level of organization, confidentiality, and

professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets to manage investment

portfolios across real estate, public markets, and private markets.

 Stay informed about market trends and developments in local and

international markets to provide valuable insights to the investment team.

 Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client meetings,

leveraging Excel and other tools for effective data presentation.

 Coordinate meetings with clients, company management, and

stakeholders, managing calendars efficiently.

 Draft professional emails, letters, and communication materials while

maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

 Keep databases and records meticulously organized to ensure easy

access to investment data.

 Track investment performance across different markets, monitor portfolio

growth, and prepare detailed performance reports for review.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.

 Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office suite.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

effectively.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic.

 Prior experience in investment management or financial services is a plus.
