Job description

Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst to support ongoing business initiatives and

assist with research, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with a passion

for business insights and operational excellence.


Requirements:

● Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.

● 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant business or analytical role

● Strong analytical and research skills

● Curious and detail-oriented, with a passion for learning

● Highly practical and proactive in handling tasks


Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.

  • ● Proven experience in business analysis, reporting, or related areas (3–5 years)

Skills

  • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation, employing a systematic approach to elicit, document, and validate business needs, thereby enabling the development of accurate and tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in process modeling and optimization methodologies such as BPMN and Six Sigma, identifying inefficiencies and enhancing operational excellence.
  • Skilled at employing process modeling and optimization techniques like BPMN and Six Sigma to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive operational improvements.
  • Adept at bridging communication gaps between technical experts and non-technical stakeholders, fostering teamwork and project success.
  • Experienced in data analysis, employing advanced techniques to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, driving informed decision-making.
  • Skilled in clear communication between technical and non-technical groups, promoting effective teamwork and project cohesion.
