Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineer II - Sales Water Treatment to join our team. The role focuses on retaining existing clients, driving new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for water treatment solutions, including WTP/WWTP systems, maintenance services, chemicals, resins, and spare parts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase business opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Promote and sell water treatment solutions including:
  • WTP/WWTP systems
  • Maintenance services
  • Water treatment chemicals
  • Ion exchange resins
  • Spare parts
  • Prepare sales forecasts and implement strategic plans for business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Conduct water analysis at client sites and prepare technical reports.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding business with existing clients.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in water treatment, sales, or related industries.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
