  • Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and Google Ads, including in-app promotions.
  • Analyse data and generate business insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily operations of the Company Express across all regions, ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Lead staff training on product handling, delivery procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee dark store and aggregator operations, ensuring high product availability (minimum 80% SKU uptime).
  • Handle financial processes, including cash collection, reconciliations, and claims management.
  • Drive commercial growth by onboarding new partners and managing end-to-end setup.
  • Manage reverse logistics and returns to minimize losses and improve recovery.
