Job description

The Documentation Archivist Project Manager leads the delivery of digital archiving and document management projects for government and enterprise clients on the Mstnd platform, ensuring full compliance with the National Center for Archives and Records (NCAR), the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) controls.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of archiving and digital transformation projects — scope, timeline, resources, budget, and risk management through to delivery.
  • Design and implement document classification schemes, retention and disposition schedules, and indexing and metadata standards aligned with NCAR requirements.
  • Oversee scanning, digitization, and quality control, and coordinate with physical archiving service providers where needed.
  • Configure and deploy the Mstnd platform at the client site, and lead data migration, onboarding, and user training.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at the client entity, act as the primary point of contact, and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Ensure all project deliverables conform to regulatory requirements and national standards for archiving and records preservation.
