     to lead and elevate our Security management strategy at InterContinental The Red Sea Resort. Someone who can confidently identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring the safety of our guests, colleagues, and assets. A leader who combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and attention to detail to protect our brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences.


    A little taste of your day-to-day:


    Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


    • Developing and implementing the resort’s Security management framework
    • Identifying and assessing operational, financial, safety, and environmental risks
    • Leading health, safety, and security initiatives across all departments
    • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and brand standards
    • Managing crisis response, emergency procedures, and business continuity planning
    • Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections
    • Collaborating with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security teams
    • Monitoring incidents and implementing corrective actions
    • Overseeing insurance policies, claims, and risk reporting processes
    • Preparing and presenting risk reports to senior leadership
    • Driving a culture of safety, awareness, and continuous improvement

    What we need from you:


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Risk Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
    • Or significant experience in risk, safety, security, or compliance within a hospitality environment
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 31000, CRM) are highly desirable
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and crisis management skills
    • Must speak fluent English
