Job Description:

 

The Department Head of the Hydro Jetting Operations is responsible for the overall management and execution of hydro jetting services across all operational sites. This involves overseeing personnel, ensuring technical and safety standards, optimizing resource utilization, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. The Department Head will lead the hydro jetting department to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective

services in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. 


Qualifications & Skills: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Services, or related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in industrial cleaning or hydro jetting operations. 
  • In-depth knowledge of high-pressure water jetting (10K–40K PSI), including automated systems. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. 


Skills

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Lead site supervisors and field technicians to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day hydro jetting operations including scheduling, manpower planning, and logistics.
  • Approve work scopes, method statements, risk assessments, and job execution plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, client requirements, and industry codes.
  • Serve as a senior liaison to major clients for hydro jetting-related projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Support sales and tendering with technical input and project planning.
  • Oversee maintenance, and tracking of high-pressure pumps, accessories, and tools.
  • Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and company policies.
  • Ensure all equipment is certified, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
