Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Crew Planner Coordinator to optimize workforce planning and rig crew scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency, budget compliance, and accurate staffing.
Key Accountabilities:
Scheduling: Manage weekly crew changes, maintain POB (Personnel On-Board) accuracy, and proactively resolve staffing shortages.
Employee Management: Coordinate medical cases, process staff movements/replacements, and manage buffer crew assignments.
Data & Efficiency: Monitor personnel deployment, analyze workforce productivity, and utilize management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to optimize resource allocation.
Proficiency in HRIS/workforce management tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
