Crane Operator (Hydraulic Rough Terrain Crane) Tadano

The Crane Operator for Hydraulic Rough Terrain Crane at our esteemed Oil & Gas company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes on various job sites. This position requires a skilled operator who can handle complex lifting operations, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tadano cranes and a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for lifting heavy materials, assisting in construction projects, and ensuring that all operations comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate hydraulic rough terrain cranes safely and efficiently.
2. Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on crane equipment.
3. Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure safe lifting operations.
4. Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities.
5. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Assist in the setup and dismantling of crane equipment on job sites.
7. Monitor load weights and ensure compliance with load limits.
8. Provide training and guidance to junior operators and crew members.
9. Respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies that may arise.
10. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety on site.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience operating hydraulic rough terrain cranes, preferably Tadano.
2. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Valid crane operator certification and relevant licenses.
7. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
9. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
