1. Develop and implement comprehensive cost control systems for roads and bridges project, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgets, which will enhance overall project profitability.
2. Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare financial reports to provide insights into project performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to project managers.
3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project budgets, ensuring that all cost estimates are realistic and aligned with project objectives.
4. Monitor ongoing project expenses, providing regular updates to senior management regarding financial status and potential risks that could impact budget adherence.
5. Lead cost forecasting efforts, utilizing historical data and market trends to predict future expenses and adjust budgets accordingly to maintain financial health.
