Job Title: Contract Administrator – Water Projects

Location:

Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong legal background and proven KSA experience, preferably in water infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for contract administration, claims management, documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer contracts related to water projects.
  • Review contract terms, conditions, and project agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KSA regulations.
  • Support in handling variations, claims, disputes, and contract amendments.
  • Coordinate with project teams, legal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Maintain proper contract documentation and correspondence records.
  • Prepare reports related to contract status, risks, and contractual issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering / Law / Contract Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum experience requirement:
  • 15 years with Bachelor Degree OR
  • 10 years with Engineering Master Degree + Bachelor Degree
  • Strong legal background and contract administration experience.
  • Must have KSA work experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in water projects is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, FIDIC, claims, and variations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling disputes and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
