Position: Commi Chef I – F&B Culinary

Location: Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 6,000 SAR/month (depending on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years in a professional kitchen preferred

Education: High School diploma required – Culinary diploma is a plus

Languages: Conversational English required

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion) and assist in basic dish preparation
• Cook soups, sauces, salads, and appetizers under senior chef guidance
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen workspace
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in plating, garnishing, and daily kitchen operations
• Handle equipment and knives safely
• Support with stock control and deliveries
• Be ready for shift setup and cleanup duties
