We are seeking a skilled Savory & Bakery Chef to join our culinary team and lead the preparation of high-quality baked goods and savory items such as pies, quiches, sandwiches, and artisan cakes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake savory items and bakery products with precision and consistency
- Develop new recipes and seasonal items
- Monitor ingredients, portion control, and product presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the prep area
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when needed
