Job description

  • You will collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns, address returns or exchanges, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout section through tasks like replenishing merchandise displays, restocking bags, and upholding a well-organized outlook as a Cashier.
  • Elevate the shopping experience through exceptional customer service as a Cashier, beginning with friendly greetings, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting them in understanding product specifics and promotional deals.
  • Practice adherence to company policies and security guidelines in your role as a Cashier, which includes the conscientious application of security protocols to prevent theft and fraud, thereby ensuring the security of customer and company assets.
