We are looking for a Call Center Staff to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services.
2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers or resolve issues.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
6. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a call center staff or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
