Buyer - Manufacturing Industry
📍 Location: Eastern Province, KSA
💰 Salary: SAR 8,000 - 10,000/month + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight

About the Role:
One of our leading client is hiring a skilled Buyer with strong experience in procurement within the manufacturing or high-volume industrial trading sector. The ideal candidate will have solid vendor management skills, knowledge of mechanical parts, and good working knowledge of SASO and SABER certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source, evaluate, and purchase mechanical and industrial components from local and international suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with SASO and SABER certification processes for all imported goods.
* Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times with suppliers.
* Build and maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
* Analyze purchasing trends and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
* Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and project schedules.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer in the manufacturing or trading of high-volume parts.
* Strong understanding of SASO and SABER certification processes is mandatory.
* Knowledge of industrial or mechanical parts.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Based in or open to relocating to Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
