Engaging, retaining relationships with relevant government entities, reviewing agencies for project level compliances and approvals. Deal closing coordination and negotiation, completion and submittal for investment proposals Requirements Proven professional experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a comparable role. In-depth knowledge of industrial, residential and commercial real estate. Proven success in achieving exceptional sales results. Experience in providing exceptional customer support is a valuable asset. Fluency in English. Strong understanding of market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships. Proven experience in BD in multi-lateral international projects or commercial real estate, collaborated with KSA’s nation building projects are benefits Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
