Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible to ensures accurate development, coordination, and integration of mechanical BIM models in alignment with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
* Responsible to coordinate mechanical BIM models with electrical, architectural, civil and structural disciplines.
* Responsible to review, validate and approved BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Responsible to manage BIM workflows, data exchange and coordination meetings.
* Responsible to ensure mechanical designs are accurately represented in BIM models.
* Responsible to identify and resolve clashes using BIM tools
* Responsible to provide technical support to design, engineering and site teams.
* Responsible to update models based on site changes, FRIs and approved shop drawings.
* Prepare BIM related report, clash detection logs and coordination summaries.
* Responsible to maintain and update project BIM documentation and model files.
* Responsible to lead and mentor BIM Mechanical Engineers and Mechanical BIM Modelers.
* Assign tasks, review outputs and maintain quality control across the BIM team.
* Conduct training sessions to improved BIM skills within the MEP team.
* Responsible to perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
Educational & Training:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge & Experience:
1.) Minimum of (7-10) years of construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in a BIM leadership role on-site.
2.) Strong experience in large-scale construction projects.
3.) Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC, and related tools.
4.) Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination.
5.) Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams.
6.) Very good command of spoken and written English.
7.) Problem-solving and decision-making skills
