Job description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused After-Sales Manager to lead our after-sales operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through service, parts, and warranty operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, parts department, and customer support.
- Develop and implement after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and optimize service workflow, technician productivity, and turnaround time.
- Set and achieve performance targets including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage warranty processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales department to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor parts inventory, ordering efficiency, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
- Prepare regular reports on department performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle service operations, parts, and warranty handling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Office.
