Job Purpose
To implement, deploy, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions in an Oil & Gas / Petrochemical environment. The role is responsible for end-to-end SAP PP/PM application design, development, system integration, testing, deployment, and post–Go-Live support, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and alignment with business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP PP and/or PM modules in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Lead application design, development, and customization based on business requirements.
- Manage system integration of SAP PP/PM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and QM.
- Support business process mapping and optimization for production planning and plant maintenance operations.
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Provide post Go-Live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Ensure system compliance with industry best practices and organizational IT standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
