Junior Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support shipment clearance processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with clearance agents to help ensure timely customs release.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide regular updates (internal/external) on shipment status.
• Prepare basic logistics reports on material and product movements.
• Assist in maintaining accurate shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Support logistics planning and operational activities as required.
• Help monitor material movement to and from the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of goods in good condition.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics issues under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth logistics operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of shipping, documentation, and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with logistics practices in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
