A housing lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an apartment complex, housing, villas, and residential building to ensure that the residents are happy and satisfied with their living situations.
Responsible for managing the maintenance staff who take care of any repairs or renovations that need to be done around the property. This includes everything from fixing broken appliances to replacing carpeting or repainting walls.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the department
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Meeting with POC to assess needs and develop plans to address them
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
Maintain contracts and Housing documents
Send housing daily tracker report
Heads up the management for the validity
Coordinating with contractors to repair or replace broken appliances, plumbing systems, or other building materials as needed
Coordinating with contractors to perform repairs on the building when necessary
Reviewing applications to ensure they meet a specific standard
Managing the day-to-day operations of a complex or building, such as maintaining the grounds or managing staff
Conducting regular inspections of units to identify maintenance issues before they become major problems
Conducting evictions when necessary to remove tenants who violate lease agreements or commit illegal acts on the property.
Qualification & Experience:
Possesses diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in property management, staff housing or facility management
Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills, speaks fluent English and Arabic is preferred
Detailed oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
Salary 4000 - 5000 QR
