Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver / Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations while performing driving duties as required. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation services, supervise drivers, coordinate schedules, and support fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of company drivers.
• Drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, goods, and documents as needed.
• Cover driver absences and support transportation requirements during peak periods.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Ensure transportation schedules and routes are followed efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing with the relevant team.
• Maintain transportation records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and vehicle damage.
• Conduct driver briefings and promote safe driving practices.
• Assist with route planning and transport scheduling.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, cargo, and company assets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Qatar Heavy and Light Driving Licenses.
• Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead driver role.
• Good knowledge of Qatar traffic laws and road safety requirements.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
