• Follow up on scheduled maintenance including oil changes, tyre checks, and servicing. Report when maintenance is due.

• Never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that may impair driving ability.
• Cease driving immediately and notify the Administration and Services team if feeling unwell, fatigued, or unfit to drive.
• Maintain a safe following distance and appropriate speed at all times. Be courteous to other road users.

• Maintain the required grooming standard — clean uniform, pressed and worn on duty only, name badge and access card visible at all times.
• Be reachable at all times during duty hours. Respond promptly to all calls and messages.
• No personal use of vehicles. No passengers other than those assigned by the Administration and Services team.
