Document Controller – Contracting Head office
Preferred Filipino nationality.
Pay Scale 4K full package.


Below brief work responsibilities:-


  1. Filing of all correspondence compliance with ISO 9001.
  2. Timely delivery of related documents to office/departments and sites, as per requirement.
  3. Backup of data and timely deliver to respective department compliance with ISO 9001.
  4. Typing and layout letters, memos as assigned by CM/Department Heads.
  5. Controlling All drawings of projects as per Drawing control process map PM-06
  6. Coping, Stamping and distributing drawings as per ISO System and coordinating with MR.
  7. Collecting void drawings and filing them as per P-27 (VOID & Non-current Data) box file.
  8. Filing documents as per filing system (WP-27-02)
  9. File documents in box files as per Document control procedure P-01and office operating Procedure P-27
  10. Coordinate with other secretaries for consistency filing and updates of any changes
  11. Ensure every documents must be filed in Head office
  12. Issue documents to concern parties and get proper receipt as assigned by sender.
  13. Provide photocopy to execution staffs to retain master document within site office and under your control
  14. Study all related correspondence “CC” to related parties
  15. Ensure safety procedure applied in order to prevent files (documents) and archive room from potential external factors such as fire, rain etc.
  16. Effective communication were maintained within site office to Head office as well site execution staffs
  17. Every original document delivered to concerned persons.
  18. All letters and correspondences were coded as per ISO 9001 and filed accordingly in Document control data soft ware
    Qualifications
  19. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of experience preferable in similar industries.
  20. Excellent in communication & interpersonal skills & able to communication to all level
  21. Independent, enthusiasm, pleasant personality & able to work under pressure
  22. Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  23. Highly independent and motivated
  24. Good spoken and written English. Arabic will be an advantage.
