Job description

Acts as the key link between retail business teams and the technical D365 team. Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with retail, supply chain, and finance teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for D365 (primarily Business Central or F&O)
  • Support the implementation and configuration of D365 modules across retail functions such as inventory, procurement, sales, and finance
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support testing activities, including UAT, and assist in training end-users
  • Monitor system performance and usage to identify areas for optimization or additional training


Skills

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or F&O)
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
