• Responsible of Coil expansion process.
• Responsible of making the Header, which includes drilling, cutting and deburring.
• Responsible of the properly using the brazing torch and maximize utilizing the brazing rod.
• Responsible of Washing the Coils.
• Responsible of cleaning joints of workpieces, using wire brushes or by dipping them into cleaning solution.
• Responsible of End Cap Making.
• Responsible ensuring the re-brazing of defective joints or broken parts.
• Responsible of maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Responsible of contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible of complying with equipment and regulatory safety instructions.
• Responsible of following all the processes and policies of the company and be aligned to the departmental SOPs at all times.
• Responsible of completing any other ad hoc tasks / projects that are assigned by the manager.
