About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and/or SharePoint Server, ensuring smooth operations, secure access, and effective collaboration across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and site collections.
  • Manage user permissions, access controls, and security groups.
  • Monitor system performance, storage usage, and service health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues for users and teams.
  • Support content management, site structure development, and metadata governance.
  • Implement and maintain policies for data retention, backup, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and stakeholders to support SharePoint-related projects.
  • Assist users by providing guidance, documentation, and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft 365 administrators for integration across Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and other tools.
  • Help implement workflows and automations using Power Automate (preferred but not required).
